Iā€™m not a member - How do I Join?

The Greenbriar Pool Club, Inc. is a private club owned by 600 membership families. Each membership unit is privately controlled and the personal property of the owner. The Greenbriar Pool Club is not involved in the private, legal transaction between an owner and buyer/renter in a membership sale/rental.

In order to purchase/rent a membership, an existing membership must be available for purchase/rent.  Members wishing to sell/rent their membership often advertise in the Greenbriar Flyer and on social media platforms such as Nextdoor or Facebook. The Pool does not maintain a waitlist. In the event that a membership reverts back to the Pool, the Pool Board will advertise the sale of that membership on the website and other social media platforms.

Please note: While members can rent their membership as many times as they like, renters are limited to a total of three (3) seasons.

If you have found a membership to buy/rent, the owner of the membership must initiate the transfer process. You will need to provide the membership owner with your contact information in order for them to request a transfer. Once the owner has completed their request to sell/rent, you will be emailed directions for how to complete your part of the transfer.

There is a $75 processing fee for membership sales and a $100 processing fee for membership rentals.  Those fees are paid directly to the pool through your (buyer/renter) Member Splash account. As part of the purchase/rental process, the pool admin will contact you (the buyer/renter) and provide instructions on how to access your Member Splash account and pay the processing fee.
